Samantha Harper and John Prentice really do care, they listened, they agreed and they did what they said they would do. Drivers of the GLR 360 series and GSC will have their qualifying times posted on a clip board at the pit board now so there is no quessing, questioning etc. All drivers and crew will be able to see exactly what their 2 qualifying lap times were and how they finished. The heats, dashes, semi's and features will be posted too as well as THE FINISHING ORDER OF THE A MAIN! Imagine that, no more begging and trying to track down officials for it or having to wait until the next day for someone to post it on the websites.

Ocean Speedway is the ONLY track willing to do this for their weekly shows except when the WoO races at various tracks and provide their own wonderful system of showing you everything as it is happening. So thank you to Ocean, hopefully others will follow, although I was told last night by an official not to bank on it, that they would never do it!

John I hope you aren't to sore...that was one wild ride you took!

Linda

The track was real good last night and I thought the GSC main went very well. It is too bad that it is so cold out there in the Spring. I'm sure that hurts John's front gate (and beer sales too!). Anyway, nice job to the Ocean crew and thanks.

Very good show at Ocean last night. Nice to have such a well run program so close to home. I just wish it could've been a little warmer.

Glad John is ok after that hard looking crash. Also good to see Shane and Ricky walk away from their crashes.

Three quick times for Evan Suggs this season. I hope he keeps it up and can't wait to see the 33e in victory lane.

I hope Jeremiah had fun and got to see some sights while riding in the pace truck.

The Digbeats don't update their myspace page.

Glad youre ok John that looked like a wicked ride.

I thought for sure that the track would dry out after play day followed by 410's but the deep watering really worked.

Big thanks to Samatha and Shelly for takin care of me with the scoring. The clipboard is a great idea, youd be supprised at the inquisitions on the sheets after the race by the drivers. They really are interested in the time sheets.

The band was good, ran a little long in the intermission, but a great diversion during red flags and between races. Can we get the Waboritas out there some time? ;)

A little long? Very good show, the flagman throwing almost every flag he owned instead of the yellow was quite amusing, and way to long getting the cars restarted after a yellow or red flag had been displayed. Why do the stock cars restart heat races two- abreast with the leader picking the inside or outside, but not during the main? Glad you are O.K. John...
