A kid did some sprint car drawings for me & I would like to have them put on a cd or a flash drive. The problem I am having is they are done on full size art paper and I have been to Staples, office depot, etc. & noone has a scanner big enough? Can someone please help me out?

Take a high quality digital photo of the drawing and then take your media to a local retailer and have prints made.
That should be the ticket.....
