Rob

I talked with Damion at the Chili Bowl. He has moved to Indiana and he will be driving for Jason Leffler Motorsports along with Pace Elect. He will be running in the USAC national series this year.

Damion was driving the 71 leffler car according to the driver entry information.

In the heat race line up posts, it shows who the drivers were driving for, what chassis and motor combinations

You can also find this information out on USACRACING.com site also.

If my memory serves me right, Damion is driving for Jason Leffler in a DRC chassis sponsored by ASE, with a Stanton Mopar.

I have no idea if Damion will be at Perris. I thought I had read somewhere that he will race the CRA event at Vegas but don't hold it to me. But with a CRA race paying just $2,500 to win I'm guessing it doesn't make economical sense to run many CRA races when your focus is the National Series (USAC both pavement and dirt). But I hope I am wrong, and the fans get to see Damion race at Perris early in the season before the National Points get started.

Rob,

When I talked to Damion last week, he was planning on staying out west and racing until after Vegas. That makes sense, because he is in a new brand chasis, DRC and has Stanton Mopar for the first time. The more laps the better.
