maybe I cant sence your sarcasum very well on a monitor, but just incase, mine is technically a 406 , still mean 800hp isnt shit? this 360 thing has been a long time coming, I hope it catches on for some people to compete with a conservative 360 not a time bomb 410,

Why would you "sign" a big new title sponsor, and then completely ignore them in such a big splash ad??? I too am confused about this strategy.

Would it be that O-Riley's has a contract with ASCS till the end of the 2008 calendar? Maybe ASCS can't advertise there series with Lucas as title sponsor till 2009? Has anyone wrote ASCS headquarters and ask why the add's have been so confusing?

Jackass?? Like him or not Schatz has ruled sprintracing for the last 3 years. OKC you're drinking way too much 360 koolaid. I attend both 360 and 410 racing, winged and wingless, and can tell you the ASCS isn't the saving grace you make it out to be. Nothing against the ASCS or 360's but it don't sell like the 410 races do. The Knoxville Nats are a good example, there is a reason the 360 Nats are not a stand alone event. I like them all but this "new" ASCS deal is far from even getting off the ground much less being the greatest thing since sliced bread. I wish the ASCS all the luck in the future, but at this point they're not even close to a national tour, the WoO has really the only national tour in winged racing today.

The majority of fans would disagree? Really? Don't lump all of 410 racing in America with the $30+ admission prices to see the Outlaws. Here in PA, as well as other parts of the country, we can watch 410 weekly racing for $14 admission -- and get to see to see a Sprint Car support division to boot. I know the weekly admission price at Knoxville is similar. That looks like a much better deal to see 410s and 360s every week for almost the same as what you pay to see just a 360 show.
