Kim Flohrs owner of the popular 11k Stock Car that runs weekly at the Jackson Speedway and the Fairmont Raceway was severly burned on Monday.
He was burned at work on his right arm, face and under his arm pit. His right arm and arm pit has the worst burns (3rd degree). He is currently at regents hospital in St Paul, and is to undergo Sugery on Monday.
The 11k Stock Car team was voted the Sportsmanship Team of the year last season at Jackson Speedway.
We will have the drivers pass their helmets at an intermission on Saturday Nights races with the proceeds going to Kim.
