Titanium Rotors will be allowed since a lot of Nor Cal Teams run thus dont need to buy conventional, The Sun is in Your Eyes until appox 8:30, so bring tinted Visors, Tearoffs. No 2 Day Pit Pass, seperate each night. No credit Card, check or Cash. Mufflers required with 95 dba @ 100 Feet

By "No credit Card, check or Cash" do you mean it's free or just no Credit Cards can be used. ;)
