Billy Alley won from the 3rd starting position tonight.

1. Alley(3)

2. Brown(1)

3. Johnson(4)

4. Bakker(6)

5. Toews(10)

6. Cressman

7. Rosenboom(2)

8. Whitney

9. Peters(5)

10. Winters(24)

11. Lund(16)

These results are just off the top of my head...Good racing tonight. Only bad thing was the 5B got hosed in the stock cars. Coopmans tires broke off while leading, Sybesma had no where to go and stopped to avoid hitting Coopman and was sent to the back for stopping. Not a good call, but...whatever

1N Eakin won 317's

22 Mickelson won stock cars

15B Bents won B mods....great race by the way

5L Larson won hobbies

I made it over to Jackson on Friday night, very much enjoying the race. The crowd size looked pretty good. How was the crowd on Saturday night? Hats off to Jon McCorkell.

And hats off to Hosehead radio for those of us not able to make all the shows. Thanks, Hod Rod. I look forward to your pit side insights this evening at Husets.

Track was great. In Victory Lane Billy Alley said "You guys got a pretty special track here, very racey".Great to hear,Jon keep doing what ever your doing to prepare the track cause it works.

Sybesma got hosed indeed.

And get well soon Mike, that was a hard crash.

I think the Jackson nationals where a success, lots of great racing action and pretty good car counts. Thanks to all the outsiders who showed up, I do believe all the 2008 champions where 1st time Jackson National Winners.

I believe Jon may have turned the corner with this past weekends racing, great track prep with 3 nights on it guy's, a little tweaking to be done yet here & there overall great weekend.( If you think you were partying Saturday night/Sunday am, then you didn't see the crew at the 29 sprint car camp site)! :)

Jon and crew did an excellent job getting a good racing surface prepared this weekend. Couldn't ask for any better really. Heck, the dip going into one is just like it was back in the good old days. Keep up the good work guys. Also fans, owners, drivers, and crews keep trying to introduce someone new to the excitement of local saturday night racing!
