My twelth year to the Nationals and what a great time it is to attend. Justin Zoch and Johnny Gibson do a great at Knoxville and Osky. Thanks to Tmac for putting on the great shows and keeping evryone entertained. The people of Iowa are tops in the land...I think my golf ball goes further in Iowa too...lol
The poeple of West Des Moines are very courteous. Iowa is a great place to visit, Thank you and we'll see you next year...
Isn't it refreshing to say and read something positive...pay it forward...

I agree! The people of Iowa and Knoxville are terrific! I can't imagine what my town would be like to open it up for a 4 day event like the Nationals. What a traffic nightmare! But despite it all, you made us feel very welcome. The staff/safety crew/management/volunteers at the track rank right up there with the very best I have ever witnessed. You make our trip seem like we are coming to visit old friends.
We stayed at Newton this year and I have to put in a plug for the people up there. There were every bit as friendly as the folks in Knoxville.
Thanks so much to the staff, the drivers, the crews, and the people of Iowa. You are the best!

poeple are good but the cost are killing many of us working, tickets more every year, parking more, food more, this was my second year that I choose not to attend all shows to cut the budget they have priced me out for all nights, so I only hit 6 of the knox and both osky, next year might have to make one less knox and no osky tues

Thoughts and prayers to Jeff and family! We went down on Saturday and hit all the shows accept the Monday night Osky show and that was manly because of the heat. I believe there was less vendors in the Hy-Vee parking lot and also under and behind the grandstand. The food was great and it was fun at Dingus after the races. The band after the races was just so-so as far as I was concerned, I was glad the weather cooled down from wednesday on.

We always look forward to the annual Iowa visit, and once again we were not disappointed. Everyone there is always helpful and extremely nice. Despite the doom and gloom predicted by some, nice crowds and great racing was the norm for the week. Thanks Knoxville for another great week of hospitality.
