if your running for the track championship and during a points race you dont make it out of your heat race and the consi do you have the right to go buy a spot.i think if you dont make outof the heat or consi it just wasnt your night.remember you were given 2 chances to get in the show.JMO!!

Tracks could solve this problem by letting cars/drivers buy their way into the main, but adding that only their B main points earned would be awarded - no A main points...so it would make no sense to "buy" your way into a main event.....
But, what happens if you were running for points, and in a transfer position, when you were taken out by a squirrel? And it happened twice in one night?
Chuck.....

if you cant get by a squirrel maybe you shouldnt be racing.every track has its slow guys and all veteran drivers should be able to get around him.everything has to go right to win a track championship and some nights dont go as planned.bottom line if you dont make the a main load your car up and try next week unless your the 1st alternate.in this case this driver wasnt.
