as bad as the yellow flag for passing off track that puts offending car to the rear, except if said offence occures on the last monday of the seventh month which then the offending car will only be penalized two positions, rule?
or the say the secret word at the scales and get an extra qualifying lap rule?

Go back to two minutes. These car owners are putting out a lot of money not to be able to change a tire and get back out and finish.
