I know this list is primarily for the airplanes, but some of you might be interested to know that Hollywood Dan looked really good last night at Santa Maria. Wingless and with some pretty heavy shoes on a fast track he grabbed a second up from about 8th or 10th.
USAC midgets next week and they are going to love this track. 3 or 4 wide should be the norm. It's worth the drive. Good eats and free parking. COOL weather. The old geezers get in for about $15 when it's a USAC show. normally $11. I know, I know that'll buy you 2 gallons of gas, but would you rather drive 10 miles or see midgets and sprint cars on the same program.
