This could be a good idea or not - I dont know. but if this was pursued vigorously - its more of a long term strategy - whereas we still need oil not just to stabilize - but to back down about 50%. but at least its a thought............hell 300 million aint bad either. thats about what we spend every 7 hours to stay in Iraq and guard corporate interests (oil wells).
