the amount of non outlaw races that they can go to....is it the car or is it the driver

cole macedo raced at Fremont tonight but he didn't use his outlaw car

so does that count towards his 4 races

Prior to the Outlaws allowing the 4 races, teams were still allowed to race outside of the Outlaws schedule.  However, they would have to request (I believe in writing) a waiver from the Outlaws to do so.  If memory serves me, it would not matter whose car was used, it still had to be approved. 

That said, if that is still in place, I would say yes, he would have to count this towards his 4 races.  (Unless they still have the waiver request rule in effect)

Either way, the good news for us is, we don't have to worry about it.  They're keeping track for us.  ;)
