Did anyone else notice how bad the crowd was? Looked like a weekly show crowd.

This made me go back and check the Dirtvision broadcast as I wasn't paying attention when they showed it, not sure I agree with this. Looked close to what I remember for a spring Outlaw show. Certainly not the crowd you'll see in August or the June Outlaw show (or even the one in May this year), but way more people than a weekly show crowd.

Next week I think will be free admission so see what kind of crowd they get. With the large grandstand 5000 doesnt look like many. Between Macedo Kofoid and Brown they were some sliders that could have ended their night. There were some good charges from the rear but Gravel and Macedo and Timms were really good. When rubber becomes a factor might as well throw the checkers

I was just talking to my brother about the wicked driving of last night's race. Those 3 for sure and Rico on windom after he was frustrated not being able to lap him quickly was wild too. Good race overall. Great recoveries for Courtney McCarl and Schatz after bad qual efforts as well.

Kofoid is really good but boy does he pull so questionable "sliders" with no consideration for anyone else's stuff. His big nose is gonna be pointed sideways when he pulls that shit on the wrong guy.

Watch the race again and look at the move Brown put on Kofoid the lap before. He stuffed him into the curb very hard in turn 4.Buddie's move was payback to Brown. Brown has been running like shit and must be frustrated from being a non factor and getting lapped all the time.
Right rear Macedo was far from clear and he stuffed him into the left front very blantly.
Buddy does screw up too but both Brown and Macedo drew first blood.
Dietrich stuffed Holmes in PA and whined like it was Holmes mistake. Many are guilty of this type of racing.
The slider shit is getting out of hand. Turn all the phones and cameras off so the guys can settle it Hewitt style and things would clean up fairly quickly.

I was there. Crowd was small on Friday. Weather was cooler. Bigger crowd on Saturday. But remember a couple thousand people in 10k grand stands is going to look different look at Haubstadt for the Sunday race last week Probably just as many people at Knoxville as there. I was at HL race at wheatland. Packed house no way, but very deceiving with all the places to sit there. More noticeable when trying to leave.

I was at the Saturday night show. NOTHING like a weekly show. Crowd was fantastic. Friday's crowd is always much smaller than Saturday's for a WoO 2-day show. I thought the crowd was great!

From the stands it looked like Buddy just fed him the car, and when I left the track last night, that was my thought. However, after watching it over and over, Buddy pulled a pretty clean move, then he just completely lost grip after the pass was completed, and backed up into Brownie. Yes, he's responsible for where he placed the car, but I don't think it was as malicious as it looked in-person at full speed.
The action from that top 5 or 6 was incredible in the first 1/2 of that race.
