Sprint car wing designs have a lot of rules that have to be followed. They have to be flat on top, but are there any specific rules about the curvature on the bottom side of the wing? I know that in aircraft wings, there are a lot of variations. For example, the WW II P-51 Mustang fighter was a winner because it had something called a laminar flow wing, that was different than other wings, as the thickest part was further back. Are there big variations in sprint car wings?

Sure, I can see where the rulebook wants to make sure that no one is making the wing braces into airfoils. But what about the body of the wing itself? Changing which part of the wing is thickest changes the amount of downforce and the characteristics of the downforce at different speeds.
