There is absolutely no way that charter is worth $400K.

I am not fully aware of all the details etc but when I look at Nascar it seems to me that the charters were what almost destroyed their sport. Maybe just their brand of the sport but Nascar seemed to give in because the court case was looking to show them negligent. I summarize it as too many people with power to make decisions. With HL and a few owners, CEOs whatever have morphed this charter idea three times already and that with just a few voices at the table. Once they have 15 ideas at the table belonging to people who think their idea is the best you very well might end up with complete chaos and the demise of HL. I've been part of race tracks were the racers run the club and it's always better when you have an honest owner offering teams a place to race. Imo HL should just facilitate race events and let the owners decide if they want to attend.
Being worth $400,000. Seems like another carrot dangle.

NASCAR did not have the best attorneys. They were outmatched..Witness prep was not good which is obvious after reading some of the presidents statements

Pretty sure a post on here mentioned that now all the teams will need a good lawyer to wade thru the legal crap. Yep that's making the sport better. What a freaking joke.

Not certain, but I believe the fella is talking nothing of NASCAR.
He is talking about the fact the team that purchased the 14 cars' charter that Jason Meyer had previously owned was sold for $400k.
Reason being that team was in the "Top Tier" of that series, and would reap those benefits. And we all know a NASCAR team can pay that price!

After the Nascar lawsuit was set aside it was reported that charters will be worth tens of millions.
But has not High Limit replaced the charters with the deck of cards??? So maybe Meyers sold his Arizona ocean front condo for a good price.
