Jeepers if that where Chase or Johnny with the last lap winner call of Sheppard and not O'Neal i think we would be 3 pages long on commentary.....
This may be the worst blown call i've ever seen. Ruben clearly had no idea where O'Neal was and the amount of time it took for someone to correct him was shocking.

I agree that announcer was clueless. Watching it I am thinking that guy on the inside must have been a lapper, but no it was 2nd place making an awsome move.
