I would suggest contacting Toby through www.youtube.com/@SprintCarHub (there's a place you can email him under 'more' at 'The BEST Sprint Car racing insights' under the banner at the top of the page), and he can certainly direct you to right people to contact.
The biggest paying sprint car event there is also at arguably the consistently best racing track, which is Perth Motorplex on Dec. 28-30, details here: https://www.motorplex.com.au/events/high-limit-international/ . For that matter, I'd easily put it on my top 5 sprint car tracks worldwide list.
The track in Perth is near the beach inside the city, south of downtown, so it's conveniently located for lodging/Uber; etc.
That should be enough info to get you started - let us all know if you end up going. Last year's racing there was excellent.
