HL awards the winningest crew chief an award each month. Interesting side award out of the lime light. Seems appropriate considering how often it is mentioned on this forum how important the CC is. What are your thoughts?

I would say a new flex fit hat with an offset logo, but thankfully that style seems to have gone out of fashion.
