Although Marks and Macri will spend alot of time on the road in 2023. It looks like Central Pa has a few up and coming drivers in Borden, Dietz and Moody who appear to be competative so far this season.

somebody posted a few weeks ago about how good borden was going to be.  they were spot on.

speaking of escaping a heffner car for greener pastures...briggs danner has his new ride right back up at the top of the usac east coast points.  he went from 6th to 2nd at the grove friday and was battling with alex bright again.  there were posts about his equipment in the 5g being the difference and steven snyder, jr. having more 600 wins.  briggs won in his first start in the 5g...so clearly he has something to do with it.

Moody's not exactly a young gun. He's been racing a long time.

The 5G was an existing team that Heffner bought when Bill Gallagher passed away. Plus, Steven Snyder Jr. despite being a rookie, has been fast in the 27 and sits second in points so the Heffner car must not be too bad........
