But this isn't a new race, just moving an existing race because Portsmouth can't get their act together. It's more like Eldora bailing Lucas Oil out more than anything. Same with Husets taking over that I-80 race, has to be subsidized by LucasOil because the crowd for the Husets LM show last year was very small.
