To beat WOO regulars is a great accomplishment. There are some that are fast on short rough tracks and BB is best on the high speed  smooth tracks like Knoxville. The heat race wreck was hard on equiptment

It's the best he's looked in a long time against the best. I assume Larson will be tough but this is the most open Knoxville Nationals in a long time because there just hasn't been a dominant team this year yet and those running best (Macedo, Sheldon, Marks) haven't won a Nationals yet.

Macedo, Sweet... shoot, this was a huge accomplishment for BB

Brown looked really good and I am glad he defended home turf. The posse have several that can defend posseland but it seems knoxville only has Brown that can have a chance. Good job to the 21 group.

Yeah I'm suprised he tracked down the 49 and passed him. If you'd asked me the last 3 or 4 years which way BB would go after that shitty restart, I would've said backwards. He definitely looked like the Brian Brown who almost unseated Schatz during his run.

Was great to see Brownie get a Win and he worked for it!

2 day World of Outlaw show at Knoxville and no Outlaws took home the Trophy.

Knoxville +1

Posse +1

Very good weekend of racing. (At least in my book!)

Brown looked impressive and was good to see him fight back after a poor restart. That's the most I've seen Brown change and try different lines throughout the night. I think that's why he struggles on smaller tracks. The highside was definitely working for him leaving turn two.

Congrats to Brown on the WOO win. Hoping the Knoxville crew has another good showing come August.

"that it was very different"

Yep, someone conveniently removed the cushion in turn 2 that Brownie usually jumps.

When was the last time an owner driver won a WoO race.  Hell of an accomplishment in todays world.
