I am fortunate to have subscriptions to both Flo and Dirt Vision. I find their web sites woefully uninformitive and frequently miss races or waste time trying to find it races that have been cancelled. Is there a place to go to find out what is on for the current evening?

Dirtvision usually does a decent job updated this page: https://www.dirtvision.com/live
Flo has this page: https://www.floracing.com/events
Are these what you are looking at? The apps may be less user friendly than what is listed above.

Just click on schedule for either one of them. What they are having is there. How hard is that.

I think he's talking about races scheduled for either Flo or Dirt Vision on a certain night which he's fired up about watching then get cancelled due to unexpected rain or excessively cold weather and they move to another track. A guess. Whatever.
