I see it's on social media posts but no details.

I'm not really in the know so I could be wrong, but I believe that is a class of micro sprints which is accompanying practice night for the USAC midgets.

I think you are probably right. I know that my local track runs 600cc micro sprints "open" and 600cc micro sprints "restricted." I'll bet it's something like that.
