Congrats to Jerry, well deserved! Not many miles left on the odometer to see through alot of initiatives, but will be an asset in the short term. Unfortunate to see the downfall of Slack. Probably wasnt the right person for the job, but seemed to do alright. To see his engagement fall apart along with these allegations, its unfortunate to see. Wish him the best.

No, no, no that's called a hiatus or a gap year to 'find yourself'. This sounds more like he is checking into the Betty Ford clinic or joing a monestary.

Well, ok. I've only known two people who took sabbaticals. Both were attorneys with big law firms that take their big hitters out of the game for a while to rest up.
