Was planning on attending at least Saturday's event. Not surprised with any race being cancelled in early spring. If it was a couple of weeks ago it would of played out well with the weather. I applaud 34 for trying to do a 2 day 410 event before the other 410 tracks fire up.

Hopefully next year....

If it is like up in Minnesota it was supposed to be really nice on Saturday and every time you like it gets worse it's gone from upper 50's to lower 40s for Sat in southern Mn   Glen Murra

Canceled about two hours ago. Apparently thoughts of moving to Sunday but didn't know if they'd be able to get the pits ready per the FB post.

So far I have bit my tongue on twitter as I don't care for the negativity of social media so I'll put it here since I am much less frequent here with no new news... :) 34 is cancelling shows way in advance like nobodys business. Last week for example Friday and Saturday were dry and honestly quite pleasant conpared to what we have had lately so I went to I-35 in Winston Missouri for some fender racing since I'm hard up. That bad.

Here we go again this week and same crap only the pits should actually be even drier. Sure Friday weather sucks but the race is on Saturday where pure sun is predicted. They say pits are too wet... okay well mostly dirt so maybe so Saturday (doubt it)  but then to give us the garbage line of wouldn't even be fit Sunday with 60s and more sun.... if you can't can't a race 3-4 days after rain with sun and wind you have some serious infrastructure problems with your facility or you don't want to run. Rock the pits or seed with grass, put in drainage tile underneath with surface drainage in spots, grade and slope pits to encourage run off. Come on. Todays rain was so little my rock roads are not even sloppy.

Time to end my rant. Long winter and wanted some racing before I get started in the fields so I'm a little salty for sure. Didn't need to pile  on 34 on twitter as it's just toxic but I have some serious concerns here recently that make me raise an eyebrow. Otherwise I thought the new ownership was really doing a good job with the place. I hope they get the wet grounds situation figured out.
