I see on the Knoxville Nationals website that among the purse is Mr. Sprint award 1.$6000 2).$1500 3). $1000. What is that?

The Jesse Hockett Mr. Sprint Car award. It's a mini-series including the 360 Nats, Cappy Classic, FRC at Osky, and the 410 Nats. Drivers earn points over those events, and the winner gets the purse and the title of Mr. Sprint Car. Used to include the wingless Ultimate Challenge at Osky so the title made more sense. Winged and wingless, just like Jesse ran!
