This is probably a pretty pointless thread and I half hope at best anyone has to read this at all. If you do, my apologies. I've been to Knoxville several times but never for the Nationals. I have 4 day tickets and I am staying pretty close to the track. Outside of the always recommend places to go is there anything else? Dingus and a few other bars are awesome but is there anything else. I'm sure I'll be a frequent guest at all of the bars anyway but is there any special credentials needed to get into the corner drinking after the race party or anything like that. I am a drag racer (so I apologize for what I am sure is common knowledge.) Any information would be greatly appreciated. Lastly, if anyone has any apparel or diecast of Rocky Hodges or Joe Gaerte or anything involving Earl Gaerte please let me know. Sorry for the lengthy post. Any information regarding any of this would be greatly appreciated,.

Read the post "Knoxville Nationals newbie" for ideas on what to do/eat when you're there. No credentials to get into the turn 3 party scene or Dingus, just the willingness to stay up late and meet new people. Enjoy!
