Same issue here, blurry to crystal clear at various times durring the broadcast. Others I know were watching had the same issue. I was on the live feed, but had rewound a bit, so maybe that had something to do with it? During the last pace lap coming to the initial green the picture was pretty bad.

I've watched quite a few races on flo, it's not often an issue. Suppose it could be an issue of low bandwidth at the track. If fans in attendence were using the local wi-fi/cell phones at the start, this could explain the reduced graphics quality at that point. Still better than not getting to watch the Fat Bottom girls at Winchester! :)
