Hopefully this doesn't cause grief from the 'newbies' in this forum. This is NOT Sprint Car racing but after 25 years or so around these parts. hopefully I can do this.

I have a couple of Android boxes (about $300) that I enjoy but can't seem to get any help with when some issues that pop up My question is simple, can I go to a new Android box person and have them be my new supplier? Can they change the current programmed info and make it now 'theirs' without me having to purchase a couple new boxes?
