Being with your long involvement in indy car racing I have a suggestion. Get Kyle Larson in a indy car. Test, test, test. This guy is a natural and can drive the wheels off anything. The fans would flock to see him race. Nascrap is going down the tubes, they want that guy that is a premadonna. Larson is the next coming of A. J. You bring someone in with the natural talent this guy has and you'll sell seats you don't even have at indy. A american driver in a indy car and running for a title ? 

I'd definitely tune in.

The one thing that I wonder about Kyle is whether or not he has the focus to be great for 500 miles.  You see him sometimes lose that focus in NASCAR (tagging the wall late in races, mistakes on pit road or on the track).  He is great on dirt - shorter races and he can overcome the mistakes, but can he keep that focus at Indy for 500 miles?  Would love to see him provide the answer.

He is just the right size to fit in one of those ugly indy cars. Could he win the Indy 500, I'd probably put money on it. I don't think he would be scraping the wall in an indy car.

If he somehow manages to win in a DLM this weekend he needs to be fitted for a seat in Indycar & F1 immediately. But what I'd really like to see him do in 21' is finish the 'Circular Insanity' tour in honor of Bryan Clauson.

I like where you're going with this,  but the letter should be addressed to Mr. Gene Haas. And no I'm not talking about NASCAR. And no I'm not talking about getting a job on a CNC machine. You all know what I'm talking about.           Oh yeah. You know.

I think it is a good idea if he does not get a cup ride for 2021. Let's not forget that his own words are that he wants to be back in Nascar. I know there are a lot of anti-Nascar fan on here or as they call it Crapcar or Nascrap. Even my interest had decreased significantly compared to what it used to be, but he has stated he wants to be there which does not mean he like sprint cars any less or likes it more than sprint cars. It's not even really the financial part of it but he was a kid that grew up being a huge Jeff Gordon fan and said his dream was to go to Nascar. That is a bitter pill to swallow for some because Nascar is the great evil of the world for some.

However, I can see if he does not get a ride in Nascar where he could use Indycar as a pathway to get back or even stay if he likes it. I even said when the incident happened back in April, that maybe doing what Allmendinger did years ago running the Indy 500 might be a way to get his foot back in the door. Nascar would not have to deal with the publicity initially, he proves himself, gets people talking. I would like to see him try the full season but not sure how we would do on all the road courses that they run which to me is too many. Main reason I do not watch Indycar is because of the road courses as they are not my cup of tea. Understand that some like it and that is fine but to me, I have not ever been able to get too interested in them

Absolutely nothing. But he is one of the, if not the best driver in America.  He deserves to be paid like it. 

Eww. Why do you want to saddle the poor guy with a team that's only scored a single point in the season thus far? Besides, their entire time in the sport has been lackluster at best.

So, somehow multi-million dollar sponsors are going to be willing to back him for an IndyCar ride, but not for NASCAR.  As if the incident that got him fired from Ganassi isn't going to matter in the IndyCar series.  Interesting logic.

Not saying Larson couldn't do it, just that in the end it all comes down to dollars.  IndyCar owners, just like most NASCAR owners, don't run cars out of their own pockets because they think someone deserves a ride.  Gene Haas might be the only exception.

F1? Oh dear Lord no. I certainly hope not.

You guys can wish in one hand and s-it in the other, but he will be back in NASCAR next year. Bank on it - he will!
