Computer Geek help--on 75 inch tv race was constant scroll going on and off screen. We finally tried a lap top computer, broadcast came in perfect. What has to be done to TV to make it work correct?

Were you trying to view speedshift directly on the SmartTV's browser? You may have better luck Chromecasting it or Airplaying it from your computer to your TV or if your computer has an HDMI outlook run a cord from the computer to the TV.
