Dang, got a little misty eyed watching that video, I get that way when I hear Back Home In Indiana once a year. I wish more tracks would have a live playing of our national anthem there is plenty of talent out there that would be honored to to it for free. The scratchy old recording that I hear at some of my local tracks seems kinda weak.

Stan, She's the Voice of Knoxville in my book. She nails it everytime.
Don't hear her as much as in years past but usually she does the big shows or a night or two of the Nationals.

Been going to the Nationals since 1988 and only missed one year. The first time I heard her, don't remember what year, I couldn't believe it. Look forward to hearing her rendition every year. Best I have ever heard, in person or otherwise.

I can't recall what year it was the last time I was down there. Usually don't pay attention when I'm watching PPV and run for something or other before the racing starts.

Local primary school teacher if I remember rightly.
When Katie does sing on Saturday night of the Nationals, she also sings the Australian national anthem live ..... and it too is sensational.

Went and listened to it. Top 10 %. That is just my opinion. Was glad she doesn't try to get fancy with it, most of those I realy dislike. Most Professional singers really butcher it trying to be fancy.
