Good article......having been a track announcer, multiple nights a week, and various traveling series, for nearly 30 years I can relate to alot of the things they experienced..........I also remember reading Nat Kleinfield's columns in National Speed Sport News back in the 50's. Was absolutely thrilled to have the chance to share the microphone with Chris Economaki during races at theNebraska State Fair back in the late 90's.......nice read, thanks for sharing.......SC
