Per Paul McMahan Racing post on Facebook:

Rain hit right as the feature was pushing off. They are postponing the feature till Saturday for 2 features during the Ohio Speedweek finale! Heading into round 7, Paul will have a 26 point lead over Carson Macedo and 36 point lead over Danny Dietrich.

Apparently, this includes the points accumulated at Atomic prior to the rainout of the feature.  Do these points go away if there are no more Speedweek races?

I don't know, these points are as of 21-June, after Atomic.

With 80% chance of R in Lima on Fri evening & 50% chance of R in Alma (only 15 to 25% chance after 4pm), there may yet be an oppurtunity for ASOSSW to have their dual finally!

I dont believe they earn any points prior to features...

1st - 150

2nd - 146

3rd - 144

4th - 142

5th - 140... and so on...

90 points for show ups.

If Atomic doesn't get their features in I believe Larson would be the speedweek champ. Tied with McMahan but isnt the tie breaker usually most wins? Larson with 2 to McMahan's 1.

The light bulb just came on and I now understand the McMahan post.

It was based on the fact that Larson would not be racing the remaining races so he did not include him in the post.

Saw on Atomic's Twitter feed they left the track sealed from wednesday to help with the rain. From the looks of things they had the pits dried out this evening. They said their intentions are to run the full program tomorrow. Looking at the hourly forecast it shows rain at 9am, 11am, and 2pm. After that cloudy moving to partly cloudy, low chance of rain. Hopefully the early storms are not too bad
