Knoxville now requires all golf carts have a City issued permit in order to be used on City streets. Contact the Police Department at 641-828-0541 during business hours to get more information or get your permit.

Just curious at which city meeting was this discussed and voted on to become a city ordinance. If it is not a city ordinance, how is it enforcable?
