Sorry to hear this. The first time I met Phil was the first time I went to Belleville in '93. He hung out with me and a buddy he already knew after the races Saturday night. Two weeks later we were in Koxville and saw him again. Saw him a number of random times over the years after that and typically at Knoxville. Always a good guy with a smile and a good story or two! Rest In Peace sir!

Hawker, man that's a punch in the gut this morning, dang. Phil was always so helpful with audio visual questions or anything with this board, a polite, respectful man, typical of the many good guys in our sport. RIP my good man.....
