Honest question and not looking to knock any drivers. Rico a couple years ago qualified the 24 for the A but had prior commitments and it was said that the car not driver is the one qualified. Which is totally fine. Here is my question and actually it is 2 questions. Could another driver who was enter into the nationals but say in the C main have drove that car?
And my 2nd question I'm going to use Thomas Kennedy as an example. Since he's driving the BDS 1 could he drive that Wednesday and drive his family 21 on Thursday?
