Is there any current development going on with the 410 LS7 engine? I see that it is still legal in the USAC sprint car series but I'm not familiar with anyone actually running one. I know Schatz was testing one several years ago but I never heard much about the performance or whether it was a viable option for owners / drivers.

I think schatz won at least one race with it but I don't think that much has happened with it in the last couple years. It's kind of a shame IMO. I don't know that it was the answer but at some point there has to be AN answer and it was encouraging that someone was at least working on it.
