It is far from a done deal but talks are in progress for the return of Winter Heat for the end of 2017 and/or the beginning of 2018. Some influential people are supporting Cocopah Speedway to help the event return.

Was hoping some people would step up. I know Tony Stewart was behind the concept. Hate to see it not happen this year.

To continue under the current structure, it'd have to be someone with deep pockets as a one division show with a couple of thousand in the stands won't pay that kind of purse.
