Ive set up a free chat room, gonna try to use it on Fri night if I can get a connection from the track. But its up and running if you guys wanna test it!

if you are meaning a connection from ocean speedway i think they have wi-fi at the track but i have never tried to connect. so excuse me if i am incorrect. i am usually preoccupied lol. but if you do get a connection please forward updates from the grove.

Talked to John yesterday, looks like there is no wi-fi and the booth doesnt have a line out. I dont have an air card at this point so Im screwed. Just gonna do the update the old fashioned way.... notepad, pen and cell phone.

Thanks! I had a last minute savior, got a laptop and air card that have a relationship, lol, and we go live about 5-530. I gota say thanks to John for making space for me and my partners in crime for coming through. I may come by and grab the card as a backup in case the wheels fall off so have your software with ya!
Im really trying hard on this, and for the people that cant make the show, pile in to the chat room and lets see if we break the server. Its open to everyone, no login requirered. The only thing I ask is for all to have fun, not get stinky and lets not wreck what could be a night of fun.
Yeah, Im jazzed and quite frankly, last night I was resigned to the fact that it wasnt gonna work. Keep your fingers crossed!

Glad you were able to borrow a computer with an air card. The software for ours is in Sacramento and we won't be able to get it today.
Thanks for doing the internet updates of the race tonight, I'm sure everyone not able to attend really appreciates your efforts.
