I never read anyone getting upset when Smoke threw his helmet at Kenseth. To me, that was more shocking because of how little "emotion" FRANCECAR allows their drivers to show. Helment against a windshield or any part of a full body car = no injury potential. Rock thrown into a open cockpit sprint car = potiential for serious injury. Just ask Brad Doty, Wayne Johnson and many other sprint car drivers who have been injured over the years by a rock.
This Sammy guy is a complete moron. He has consistently proven this over his entire career. He just will never mature. Anyone who defends him or his actions either have a man-crush or just like to stir the pot to get reactions. There is no excuse for how the guy drives, acts, or talks.

as always on the forum you get people that know nothing on a subject. A PA sees patients and prescribes medication. Rules from different states vary some. A PA can not do surgery. Some states will not let them prescribe narcotics and others do. And yes they do have to be educated for several years.
