I can tell you my #1 track that ive seen races at, and ive been from coast to coast border to border watching races and Millstream Speedway has more memories of great races then all other combined! Steve Kinser on fire,,and kept coming back,to the big flood,,to the fuel tank over the crowd into the truck in turn 1.to Rod George winning the speedweek show coming through the field on the bottom ,,,Jack Hewitt got around there as good as anybody,,Larry Helms dominated,, The reopening a few years back packing the place . And the reopening this year was awesome as well! The CRA and USAC races were also second to none for the non wing races. Ferkel and Haud first and second at one of Earl Baltes earlier WoO shows and watching Earl Baltes run that track every week. Great memories!

That race has to be one of the best I've saw in my life. Millstream in its heyday produced awesome high/low battles.

I can only speak for the tracks I've been to. I've only been to about 70 so nowhere near the number of Johnny but:
1a) I-55 in pevely
1b) haubstadt, in
2) the ditch in west Memphis, ar
3) cowtown (closed)
4) Tulsa (the small track) (closed)
5) lake ozark speedway (closed)
6) west plains, MO
7) Oklahoma city (small track) (closed)
8) Farmington, MO
9) I-30 speedway
10) crowleys Ridge Raceway in Paragould, AR
11-25 stack up the 1/2 mile tracks
There is no replacement for cubic displacement

Central PA tracks - maybe not the raciest, maybe not in the top 25, but ain't none of them "(closed)".
(with condolences to Silver Springs - but likely not a true candidate for this discussion).

I will say you cannot blame a lot of the wrecks on the track conditions ......

When I went to Trophy Cup a couple of years ago, cars were wrecking on hot laps. Never saw that before on any track. Constant yellows during races, disappointing

Pretty good list Mr. Gibson...If anyone could rate tracks I would think you could...Saw a race at Bubba Raceway Park a couple weeks back and I don't think it could make your top 300!!

Wait till they get to US 36. A few years ago at an ASCS regional show the infamous turn 1 produced a few torn up cars and nearly more DURING HOTLAPS. Love the place and it's my backyard track but I have my concerns about unleashing lighter, more powerful 410's on a track surface with such an obstacle. Some say just drive around it, or that they're (WoO) the best in the biz so they shouldn't have an issue navigating the track, or that it's just part of dirt racing. Anyway, hoping for a safe and exciting night come September 17th.

I think the last time the Outlaws were there was the slidejob fest between Saldana and Herrera in the Perfect Circle 2, correct? I didnt realize they had the Outlaws on the schedule again. I cant wait! Love the place too, well worth the hour drive from KC. Very cool to see it actually made Johnnys list, kind of a hidden gem IMO.

Johnny no Lincoln??? cmon' And I've been to some around the country i.e. Knoxville Eldora etc.

Skating at Lincoln is number 477:)
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?
