I'm no expert on the trucks but I'm assuming the suspensions just aren't conducive to speed on dirt, not to mention the narrow tires that the trucks run. It's very heavy compared to dirt cars as well.

I say they tub the rear ends of them trucks and run sprint car tires on the rear. Then use the Wall as a cushion. Just thinking of stuff that makes me happy. Also if Eldora raced kids on Bigwheels I'd pay to watch. Racing is racing and I like it.
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.
