I think the only thing that helps Brown is to spend a year on the road with the Outlaws.  No offense to the Posse, but the level of competition is higher in the WoO, more tracks and just the general grind of following an 80 or 90 race tour.  Spending time in PA would help but he already runs 70 nights, many with the WoO and the All-Stars.

He did that with the #6 team a few years back. I think his schedule is fine. Sprint car racing needs more true outlaws that pick and choose a sensible schedule that suits their team like Brown, Rico, Marks, Macri, DD, Kofoid, Timms and Scelzi.

Brown is 43, he's not going to get any better. He should end up with about 80-90 Knoxville wins and be an all-timer there which is honestly alot better than some journeyman WoO guys.

The time for him to go on tour was when he was contending for the Nationals, 2012-2014 era. I honestly beleive had he raced with Schatz a bit more on tour he would have been better able to battle him for the win, but he got as close as you could a couple of years.

Brown has a great sponsor that let's him race when and where he decides to. I believe part of his deal is he races at knoxville, how many championships has he won for them ?

Also a 360 track championship with Lasoski as the owner back in the early 2000s I believe

My thoughts on Brown are it is a Love / Hate relationship. I dont hate him by any means but I don't want to see him predominately win at Knoxville every week. Now when he is away from home racing with the Outlaws or in Pa. or even for the Knoxville Nationals I will be his #1 Fan. Simply because he's one of our homeboys. Kings Royal this year I was really hoping he would get himself a win.

You almost sound like a PA fan. Get tired of the popular local guy winning, but when the outlaws come to town he is your man , when he's on the road he is your man against the rest of the world. Its a small world.

Has to be the "promoter of the year", year in and year out, at least in the top two. I too have always liked the guy.  And he's a clean racer and all-around good guy.
