A fire suppression system is a good idea, but it doesn't need to be mandatory. Let drivers choose their own level of risk. Freedom of choice trumps safety in all instances. 



Congratulations,  You are leading the pack for the dumbest post of the year.   However, what would I expect from a burner account with only four posts.    

This was mentioned on another site, but fires are also bad for the crowds.   Everyone wants to see great racing.   Some want to see spectular crashes, no one wants to see someone gets hurt and absolutely no one ever wants to see a driver on fire.    Watch this video below about Harli White and tell us that there were people at that track that night that never came back.   

I have only seen small fires and it always shocks me.   I could not imagine watching a large one.
