Sammy is such a legend that even 10 time champs follow in his foot steps.
But seriously how could Donny forget to scale or is there sometimes a reason to not drive by inspectors and go straight to your trailer?
I'm not trying to start a conspiracy, but what could be a reason? I couldnt have been a mistake.

I am not sure what the all star rules are for going to the scales. With most series, if you transfer to the a-main, you need to scale. Some series, it is only the top two, or top three. Different everywhere you go. Maybe he just did not realize where he finished, and thought he was outside that threshold for having to scale. But, usually officials are on the raceceiver telling who needs to scale after each race as well. Of course, there are some conspiracy theories on twitter that are pretty comical.

Per announcer, ASCoC are doing random weigh ins from heats and calling it out over the radio. There is a reason the series started doing this...
