Nah. The original post reads like a list. He's saying everyone is either busy, wont answer, or charges 400 bucks for 15 mins (which he's not willing to pay). That's what I got out of it.

correct. If we were willing and could afford that i wouldn't have been looking. there was a woman in Des Moines who can do it for that price.
