I always try to support local business who help to support racing.

More importantly, I always try to tell them why I support them by either telling them in person or including a note when I mail a check.

I think it's important that fans inform the business the reason why they support them. Otherwise, the business owner may think it's due to a different form of advertising.

I support STP, Bass Pro shops, Great Clips and Casey's when I am not on my Harley for lack of premium fuel at Casey's ,here in Illinois anyaway. I went to a JD Byriders once and found out they specialize in high interest loans on junk cars for people with questionable credit.

I always thank promoters and racers when I am the track without either there would be no racing. I guess that is obvious.

Bring back Santa Fe, and LaSalle .
