Not trying to start anything, just seeing it from a non-Ocean point of view. Not even trying to blame Ocean, and if i did, i apologize. Im defending Placerville. Placerville is racing like they normally do on Saturday nights because Ocean chooses to step out of their Friday night slot and schedule a huge race on top of them and every other Saturday night track for that matter. You can't blame Placervile for the lack of Forsberg at Ocean. If Ocean schedules the same night they race on normally, everyone could attend. This in no way is Placerville's fault. Plus, Ocean has no Civil War dates so no north valley based tracks are obligated to go dark for Ocean, and in turn, Ocean isnt obligated to stay on Fridays. You can't blame Saturday night tracks for racing Saturday nights.

if you had half a clue about anything and paid attention to what i posted you would know ocean changed the key race date to a sat and completely restuctured its format because the northern teams complained they wanted to run the key but couldn't do it on a fri and they didn't like the idea that if they were not pre-qualified they couldn't start any better than 15th.
so ocean did everything the northeren teams needed in order to give them every opportunity to be able to attend the key race. it is not ocean's fault that there is no civil war shows there. that was the choice of the civil war. so there is no reason for all the excuses. every track knows ocean runs the key race every year at this time. if they had any consideration, THEY wouldn't schedule on top of it. i personally and i know ocean as a facility welcomes anyone and everyone and enjoys having them. but i have no use for people who complain until they get their way and then still find excuses not to come. as i said, we are having a blast without them
so you say you are not trying to blame ocean, but turn around and lay the blame on them for other tracks scheduling conflicts. i have no use for a prick like you. well...unless you are dennis golobic and are just messing with me. if that,s the case i'll get your ass sooner or later and you know it! :)

Ocean races Fridays. They are racing on other tracks dates. Their "special" races are on other track's "normal" dates. Those complaining about Placerville are off base. Done.

tracks can run any dates they want. i could care less. the thing that you don't seem to have the ability to comprehend is the northern drivers themselves said it would be better for them to run the key race on sat. so ocean tried to accomodate THEIR ISSUES. if you paid any attention you would know the reason civil war is not at ocean is because the drivers said they didn't want to have to come to ocean o a fri. so if the northern tracks had any consideration for anyone, including their own drivers, they would make the date available to them. i don't really give a damn what the other tracks do. they are just limiting the ability of their guys to run the biggest paying local 360 show in the area.
ocean doesn't schedule on top of the civil war shows or the mark forni. chico and stockton both added fri shows on top of ocean recently. so ocean is having consideration for others. too bad it can't be returned.
so you go ahead and support p-ville making it hard for their teams to participate in the key. i'm sure it make you feel superior.

Don't know how mant cars are up in P-ville, but there are 39 cars in Watsonville for the Key. TK is my pick, but a BK win would be a fan favorite.
Ocean has run The Key on Saturday for a few years now. If the Civil War guys want to run with the leftover drivers scaired to run with the big dogs...go for it. They most likely would miss the A-Main anyways.
